Once upon a time, I felt like writing a blog. . .

I was surfing the internet more than a year ago when I decided to create an anime blog. I used the original blogspot before google bought it and made it better. For the most part the new blogger.com can do a lot of the things that wordpress can do, but wordpress can do pretty much everything blogger can do, plus some. Therefore, I switched over to wordpress and bought this domain.

If you have read my old blog Chibi no Nothing then you will have noticed that I didn’t change much after the move. The main reason was that I liked my old color scheme. I’m probably the only one.

What’s with the blog’s name?

The first incarnation of this blog was named “Chibi no Nothing.” There were several reasons for this. Firstly, when I started blogging there were a lot of blogs with really out-there nonsensical names, and I wanted to continue the trend. It seemed easy enough to remember. It also had a bit of English and Japanese word play, which I though was funny. Apparently, many people understood the word play, but I wouldn’t know because no one asked me about it.

When I moved the blog it was decided that there should be a new name. I had chosen the original blog name (Chibi no Nothing) in just a few minutes; so, I simply chose the first name that came to mind and didn’t have a large google hit count. That wasn’t good enough though, I decided that I needed to relate it somehow. A little more thought, and the end result was to retain the “no” from the original name.

Sadly, one could probably twist their mind around potential wordplay for this name but none was intended. The name was created to allude to the old blog.
