Diebuster is all kinds of awesome

Well, maybe not “all kinds” of awesome…but, it’s at least two or three types of awesome.

diebuster 1

I’ve only two more episodes left, but I already know I’m going to miss this one. I broke down, finding myself on a frantic google search for the plot summary a few moments ago.  I usually don’t try and spoil the ending of a show for myself; yet, I found myself eager to know what was going to happen.

It isn’t really a spectacular plot or intricate story. It is incredibly fun. There are lots of explosions and such.

diebuster 2

Plus, there are giant robots. I was starting to go through a bit of giant robot withdraw.

    Stop watching.

    Watch all of Gunbuster!

    Then resume.

You’ll never ever regret it. If you don’t do this, you’re going to miss out on something so big and awesome I wouldn’t know what to say to you.

I originally started with Gunbuster (renting).

Somehow, I managed to mix-up the DieBuster series about halfway through Gunbuster. I was planning on going back and finishing the Gunbuster because I’ve read there is a connection.

    It’s really that good, huh?

was it that good? the visuals look pretty decent if you ask me…>_> guess I’ll give it a go

Take ghostlightning’s advice. Ensure you watch Gunbuster then Diebuster. The stories don’t intertwine that much, but there is a link that caps off the end of Diebuster well.
