Up until the end of the second season Revy hasn't had to confront her feelings about dragging Rock into her world. <br /><br />One of the things I wanted to get across in this post was that Rock was becoming a true villian and because of that he is losing the part of himself that Revy "wanted/needed/yearned" for. There is plenty of story opportunity there for a new season. More people should put quotes on my blog, I like that.

Tell me of a story never ever told in the past."</i><br /><br />For some reason, 'Key of Twilight' by Yuki Kajiura just seemed to fit in with the title of this post. :D <br /><br />It seemed to me that in regards to the 'Rock and Revy' angle that Revy dragged a piece of the world she never had into her own dark one. Rock was a type of warm light that she wanted/needed/yearned to have but couldn't drop her guard or her emotional barrier since she was surrounded on all sides by villians like herself. Now that she had gotten a little piece of light in her life, she became nigh overzealous in protecting it/him. <br />This is one of the best couples in anime that I have seen.
