I got this off CNN live a few minutes ago. Today, Japanese P.M. Junichiro Koizumi visited with US President Bush to discuss events and also to talk about the recent pullout of Japanese SDF from Iraq. I don’t think many in the Bush administration will have a problem with this since the SDF did mostly support from what I here, and they will still be offering sea and air support in Iraq. There is some good conversation on international policy but it is nothing new.

Of note, Japan has recently let up trade restrictions against US beef. President Bush noted, “I think Japan will like American Beef.”

Now, listening to this sent my sick little mind into a whirlwind of thought. Why would the Japanese have ever stopped liking American Beef. I don’t think they ever did. I think, the Japanese love American Beef. For that matter, I think all Asian countries would like a piece of American Beef. Hell, I think the entire world would benefit from some American Beef.

We can also share some sausage if they wanted, no?
