Tamaki has a bad dream about Haruhi’s living conditions and decides he has to find out if Haruhi home life is as bad as his dream, which has Haruhi literally living in a shack. Of course, things are not as bad as he had thought, but it was a good enough reason to get everyone over to her place.

We find out Haruih’s Dad is a cross-dressing bisexual. We already knew her mother was dead but are reminded of that fact once again. Overall, this episode has little character development and a lot of comedy. There are flashes of insight as when Tamaki almost divulges his feelings, changing to a worrying father attitude before then; of course, the twins pick up on that. Just more of the same Host Club good-ness + Loli Haruhi at the end. That’s always a plus.

I like Haruhi more in the casual dress, than in the uniform.

I’m not sure if that’s a “I’m irritated” face or if its a “I’m trying to decide between the two best ways to kill you” face?

Ah, memories. I remember the first time one of my girl friends fathers caught me trying to get some action. First problem, he left the door open, I learned that one the hard way. Second problem, always get the shirt/dress off before pinning her to the floor. The mechanics just work out better, trust me.

Ouch. That’s going to be difficult to spackle. I know, I’ve been thrown into my share of walls because some father caught me on top of his daughter. BTW, Haruhi’s mom is hot….so is her Dad.
